Keith "Tree" Barry, also known simply as Tree, is a multi-instrumentalist musician (saxophone, trumpet, viola, violin, harmonica, clarinet) from Los Angeles, CA. Along with his work with Mandrill, Keith has collaborated, among other artists, with Gov't Mule and Red Hot Chili Peppers. His work with Red Hot Chili Peppers is extensive, having collaborated on several songs on the albums Mother's Milk and One Hot Minute, where he plays the saxophone, trumpet and violin. He also participated in the tour that the band performed during 1989 and 1990 to promote their album, Mother's Milk. He is co-founder, along with Flea, of the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, a non-profit music conservatory, established in Los Angeles in 2001.
